Under the patronage of His Excellency Professor Dr.Ismail Abdel Ghaffar Ismail Farag, President of the Academy, Sports Affairs is organizing a marathon at the Academy’s branch in Port Said, which includes all students from the Academy’s branches, on Thursday, May 22, 2025

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport organized a marathon and sports day at the Port Said branch, under the slogan (Sports is a Way of Life) on Thursday, May 22, 2025, under the patronage of His Excellency Professor Dr.Ismail Abdel Ghaffar Ismail Farag - President of the Academy.The organization of this marathon comes from the implementation of the Sports Affairs Department.Within the framework of the Academy’s keenness to encourage students to practice sports and enhance the spirit of positive competition and communication among young people,The event witnessed wide and massive participation from students from various colleges and branches of the academy, in addition to students from Port Said universities, represented by Port Said University, East Port Said National University, and East Port Said Technological University, within the framework of enhancing the spirit of positive competition and effective communication among young people, and encouraging them to adopt sports as a basic lifestyle.The marathon was attended by a group of leadership, academic and sports figures

The results of the academy marathon were as follows:-
Student winners awards
First place and gold medal: Student Mazen Tariq Shaaban - enrolled in the Faculty of Management - Heliopolis. 
Second place and silver medal: Student/Ziad Abdel-Al Abu Al-Futouh - Physical Education - Port Said
Third place and bronze medal for the student competition. The student (Adam Waheed Shehata) enrolled in the Faculty of Engineering - Smart Village.
Awards for female student winners
- First place and gold medal, student/Nour Ahmed Othman –, enrolled in the College of Administration, El Alamein Branch
- Second place and silver medal, student/Jana Atef Ahmed –, enrolled in the College of Management, Miami branch
Third place and bronze medal: Student Jana Muhammad Faraj - enrolled in the College of Computers, Abu Qir Branch
