The course communicatively aims at providing its learners with practical negotiation techniques, which will serve them in different situations and contexts. During the course, learners will be provided with the necessary negotiation skills and techniques through role-plays, workshops and group work, where learners face real-life situations that entails a proper use of the acquired negotiation skills and persuasion techniques they learnt. Through twenty seven hours of practical training and participating in effective negotiations, learners master bargaining techniques by identifying what information to share and to keep as well as analyzing their opponents’ behavior and recognizing their tricks and wordplay.
