University Championship Wrestling (51)

The Universities Sports Union organized the events of the Egyptian universities and higher institutes Wrestling Championship in the course of martyr Rifai (51) in cooperation with Menoufia University and the Egyptian Wrestling Federation in the covered Hall of Menoufia University, with the participation of 113 students from 23 universities, in the presence of 57 supervisors, Sponsored by Dr.Ayman Ashour, Minister of higher education and scientific research, and Dr.Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of youth and sports, and Dr.Ahmed Al-Qasid is the president of Menoufia University.
The results of the tournament have resulted in:
** Weight 87 kg:
- Third place and bronze medal student/ Omar Badr Abdullah enrolled at the Faculty of language and media, Miami Alexandria branch.
** Weight 130 kg:
- First place and gold medal student/ Omar Ramadan Juma, who is enrolled at the Faculty of maritime transport, Abi Kir branch, Alexandria.
It is noteworthy that the tournament was held under the supervision of Dr.Sobhi Hassanin, advisor to the minister of higher education for sports activities and vice-president of the Sports Federation of Universities, Dr.Arafa Salama, secretary general of the Universities Sports Federation.
