The student's right to file a complaint within the academy is considered one of the important rights that students enjoy. This right is provided to ensure fair and equitable treatment of students and to resolve any problem or complaint that a student may face within the college.
Student responsibilities during the period of study at the Academy in accordance with the Student Conduct Regulations :-
1.The student bears the responsibility of knowing and following up the study system at the academy and the regulations governing it and bears responsibility for any shortcomings or errors that occur as a result of lack of knowledge or ignorance of the instructions.
2.Adherence to instructions, rules of proper behavior, public etiquette, decent appearance, norms and traditions inside and outside the Academy.
3.Maintaining the property of the academy and adhering to proper behavior in dealing with colleagues, faculty members, gentlemen working at the academy or other representatives of companies and institutions assigned to carry out work within the Academy.
4.The student is obliged to have his / her carnation present while he / she is inside the academy, and he / she is obliged to present his / her carnation or ID card if requested to do so by any of the Academy's specialists.
5.The obligation to wear appropriate uniforms within the academy and to prevent the wearing of shorts, torn clothes or.... Etc.
How can a student file a complaint if he encounters a specific problem within the academy?
Steps
1. The student must be registered at one of the Academy's faculties at the headquarters and Miami branch and have a registration number.
2. Print the complaint form attached to the page (student / parent).
3. Attach the documents supporting the validity of the submitted complaint (if any).
4. Fill in your data in the complaint form (name / registration number / College / phone number) in addition to the content of the complaint and the student's data submitted in relation to the complaint (name, registration number/ phone number )
5. Resend the written complaint form again and attach any documents (if any) to the student Investigations Department via (WhatsApp / Email)
