About medical services
The Arab Academy, with its medical administration, provides a working team that includes a ion of the best doctors and nurses in various medical specialties, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
It also uses a group of the most skilled visiting professors in some specialties and in partnership with the best external hospitals and laboratories, as well as radiology centers who are known for their efficiency at the level of the Republic, achieving excellence in service performance and creating competitive advantages to provide the best treatment service to those who deserve health care.
The computer has been integrated into the various tasks of the therapeutic service, starting with the start of the clinic’s reservation, after submitting an approved form stating the patient’s eligibility to receive the service and through the Q-system, which allows determining the patient’s role with his doctor, as well as the expected time period until the start of the examination.
Through the television screens available in patient waiting areas, the patient follows the sequence of roles until the automated call service directs him to the doctor.
And in order to save the time of patients, whether students or employees, the reservation process has been developed through the international information network, the Internet, by entering the academy''s website before arriving at the clinic.
A medical file is created on the computer for each patient who visits the medical clinic to review his medical history and is browsed by all the clinic''s doctors in various specialties.
As well as conducting a periodic medical examination for most of the workers for the possibility of early detection of diseases in order to preserve the health status of the workers, as well as to rationalize treatment expenses.
