Description

The course covers drugs intended for bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary hypertension, cystic fibrosis, upper and lower respiratory tract infections, and drug-induced respiratory problems, in addition to neurological disorders including (epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease … etc.). Drugs are discussed relevant to their possible structure – activity relationships, contraindications, prodrug and bioactivation concepts, if any, and their possible metabolism and elimination.
