Overall Course Objectives
On Completion of the course, candidates should satisfactory understand the basic of establishing Vessel Traffic Services System (VTSS), and familiar with the Equipment, Operators, Procedures, and Users of the Vessel Traffic Services System.
Knowledge and Understanding
At the end of the course, candidates should be able to:
• Realize the importance of VTSS, Understand its terminologies and Determine the types and levels of services provide by the VTSS.
• Demonstrate understanding of safety and efficiency of navigating in High Traffic Areas.
