- Obtaining a master' s degree from a recognized university ( accredited by the Supreme Council of Egyptian Universities) with at least a good grade or equivalent.
- Applicants entitled to register directly in DQM program if holding a master' s degree in Quality Management (MQM), Business Administration ( MBA) or International Transport and Logistics.
- Applicants with a master' s degree in any discipline other than the above mentioned must attend qualifying courses at Productivity and Quality Institute ( Max. 3 courses).
- Applicants holding a master' s degree with a grade less than good or equivalent must attend a number of qualifying courses at Productivity and Quality Institute.
- Pass a TOEFL examination during the study period with a minimum level of 500 , or an English Language Test (IELTS) with a score of at least 6.0 .
- Minimum 4 years work experience.
- Passing the personal interview with the Productivity and Quality Institute committee concerned with ing stulearners
