Administrative & Financial Regulations - Course Work Evaluation

  1. ‘Instructor Evaluation Forms’ represent the students'' ratings of courses taught during the semester.
  2. Evaluation forms are processed through the administration of the program immediately before the end of the semester and then forwarded sealed to the Registration and Documentation Office for data entry and compilation of findings.
  3. The evaluation questionnaires are anonymous and the findings are analyzed and confidentially feedbacked to the Dean of the school but never returned to the instructor unless a conclusion or a decision is indicated to adjust the academic integrity of the course.
