Apply the different art of leadership and the concept ofrnteamwork in a culturally diverse environment as onboard ship.rn  rn4. Explain the relationship between neuroscience and leadershiprnand how to deal with change in a multicultural crew.rn   rn5. Discuss the different styles of leadership, clusters of culturernand different cultural leadership profiles and to be able torndifferentiate between them.rn  rn6. Analyze previous maritime accidents and assess the differentrncultural factors leading to the occurrence of maritime accidents andrnhow they can be prevented.rn
