Program

Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Control Engineering (160)

Objectives

  • Introducing different electronic devices used in constructing modern electronic circuits. Studying semiconductor materials, p-n junction Diodes, Bipolar Junction Transistor (BJT) and Metal Oxide Field Effect Transistor (MOSFET). The student should be able to analyze MOSFET amplifiers, operational amplifiers, filters and oscillators. Familiarize students with the use of MOSFET in digital circuit design either combination or sequential circuits. Arithmetic Logic Unit (ALU) design
