Building Economics

  • Architectural Engineering & Environmental Design |

Description

The economic context is an important factor in building design and management decisions, because scarce resources (capital, land, labor) must be allocated and invested in order to construct buildings. Architects can make decisions to save initial capital cost and reduce longer-term expenses of buildings. This course main goal is to integrate economics with architectural building design.
