Objectives

• The course focuses on those skills and competencies that leaders require for guiding their organizations, in addition to offering innovative tools for engaging others in meaningful collaboration. Thus, interaction with students during lecture, student’s mini projects and presentations, group discussions and real life case studies are encouraged as parts of the course offerings.
