Joint Programs

The College of Engineering and Technology has many international student exchange programs. These programs extend from Nottingham University in UK to Stavanger University in Norway to Central Michigan University, George Washington University and Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University USA, to Carleton University in Canada.

 

The College of Engineering and Technology also has protocols regarding graduate studies with national universities including Alexandria University, Ain Shams University, Cairo University, and Helwan University.  

 

Overview

Building on a long history in Higher Education, tracing back to Cardiff School of Art in 1865, Cardiff vision is to be recognized as one of the new generation of great civic universities – Globally Competitive, Locally Engaged, with a an impact on knowledge creation through spin outs and intellectual property rights as well as an impact on knowledge transfer through teaching, work based learning, professional development and continuous education. Cardiff Metropolitan University is situated in Cardiff, Wales. The university has over 12,000 students. The university offers degree courses in a variety of disciplines. These disciplines are offered through five academic schools.

The 2010 Guardian and Times Good University Guides rank Cardiff Metropolitan University is amongst the top modern universities in the UK. Also, the latest International Student Barometer (ISB) ranks Cardiff Met as the top university in the UK both for overall student satisfaction and the quality of its teaching.

The International Programs of AASTMT is providing tuition to students following Cardiff Program, designed by Cardiff Metropolitan University. Upon successful completion of the program, students will earn two Bachelor degrees from both the Arab Academy for Science and Technology and Cardiff Metropolitan University.
