The College of Engineering and Technology has many international student exchange programs. These programs extend from Nottingham University in UK to Stavanger University in Norway to Central Michigan University, George Washington University and Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University USA, to Carleton University in Canada.
The College of Engineering and Technology also has protocols regarding graduate studies with national universities including Alexandria University, Ain Shams University, Cairo University, and Helwan University.

The International Programs of AASTMT is providing tuition to students following Cardiff Program, designed by Cardiff Metropolitan University. Upon successful completion of the program, students will earn two Bachelor degrees from both the Arab Academy for Science and Technology and Cardiff Metropolitan University.
