Welcome to the second edition of the MIL Debates, hosted by the Media Department of the College of Language and Communication at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport, in partnership with UNESCO's Cairo Office.

Building on last year's success during UNESCO's Global Media and Information Literacy (MIL) Week, this year's event aims to position Egypt as a pioneering MIL city by empowering both university and high school students. The MIL Debates 2024 will feature six dynamic debate sessions focusing on critical aspects of media and information literacy and the challenges facing the industry today.
