MAIA-TAQA project is offering a training course
The @ENI CBC MED @MAIA-TAQA project is holding a training course for Engineers, future, and present, on Resource-efficiency Solutions: PV systems design, battery storage, and more!♻☀
Apart from the system design, the course includes the following topics:
• Egyptian Regulatory Framework on PV interconnected with the grid
• International Standard Design
• Feasibility Studies of a PV plant
• Exploring Financial Tools and Implementation Framework
Plus 2-days of on-site training at the MAIA-TAQA`s pilot project at Al Amreya Wholesale Market.
The 40 hours course starts on the 14th of May, taking a blended learning format at Arab Academy of Science, Technology and Maritime Transport in Alexandria (2 full physical training days at AAST + 2 on-site training. The remaining hours will be taught online). The last day of the theoretical part of the course is the 28th of May.
We are taking the exams period into consideration, thus, there will be no training between the 4th and 23rd of June.

The training is organized by CEEBA within the EU-funded MAIA-TAQA project. Participation is free.

The training program is organized by CEEBA and hosted by Arab Academy for science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
Youmna Moustafa – Student at College of International Transport and Logistics (Energy and Petroleum Logistics Management Department) talking about her first day experience in Maia Taqa training as she mentioned that it was very beneficial course and she is very enthusiastic to accomplish all the sessions.
Soha Ahmed – Student at College of International Transport and Logistics (Energy and Petroleum Logistics Management Department) describing how the sequence of the sessions is very organized as it was divided into 3 parts and how these parts are very beneficial (tended documentation – feasibility study – Egyptian regulations), as all these parts will learn trainees how to compete in the market and declaring the future competitive advantage for them all and she ended up that she is willing to attend more and more sessions on Maia Taqa training especially the on-site training at the MAIA-TAQA`s pilot project at Al Amreya Wholesale Market.
