Objectives
This course is offering a new approach of architectural design to create buildings that are fully integrated with the environment. This course targets the practice of engaging the natural world as the medium for, and generator of the architecture. It responds to and utilizes the living and natural systems that exist in the environment that become and enrich the architecture itself, maximizing and optimizing its full adaption with all factors and parameters of the environment. Therefore, this course is studying serval approaches of architecture such as performative architecture, interactive architecture, and responsive architecture, through analysing such architecture practice in the 21st century architecture landmarks.
