The Construction and Building Engineering Department, in cooperation with the Alexandria Governorate, is honored to have overseen the chairmanship of the committees for buildings at risk of collapse in Alexandria’s districts since 2015.
Faculty members from the Civil and Building Engineering Department oversee six committees in five different districts, namely: Downtown Alexandria (Prof. Ehab El-Masry), East Alexandria (Prof. Alaa Morsy & Prof. Tarek Mostafa), West Alexandria (Prof. Alaa Morsy), Borg El Arab (Prof. Tarek Mostafa), and Customs (EL-Gomrok) (Dr. El-Badr Osman). Additionally, they oversee the road committees in Alexandria Governorate.
