Capacity Building Programs (CBPs):

The IMO compound of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) introduces a bundle of Capacity Building Programs (CBPs) for operation and management levels of seafarers in addition to maritime administration and shipping companies&rsquo personnel. 

We have the honor to experience assistance to some Arab countries in the fields of port state control and independent evaluation of flag state control. 

A new technical service was established in 2017 to serve League of Arab States members, shipping companies, maritime administrations and port authorities. 

CBPs fees and periods are subject of discussion, based on venue and number of trainees.
