Professor/Dr. Ismail AbdelGhaffar Ismail Farag, the President of the Academy, met with Mr. Naura Aya Remi, the Ambassador of Nigeria to Cairo, and the accompanying delegation at his office in the Smart Village branch. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss opportunities for joint cooperation in research and academic fields.
During the meeting, Professor/Dr. Ismail AbdelGhaffar highlighted the significant progress achieved by the Academy in international rankings, placing it at the top of university rankings in Egypt in terms of educational quality according to the Times Higher Education ranking.
AbdelGhaffar emphasized the Academy's commitment to fostering collaboration with all countries, aiming to enhance and deepen relations with Arab and African nations as a leading institution in research, consulting, and training.
In response, the Nigerian Ambassador expressed his delight to visit the Smart Village branch of the Academy, which provided him with the opportunity to closely acquaint himself with this distinguished academic institution. He also expressed his appreciation for the warm reception and hospitality.
The Nigerian Ambassador concluded his visit with a tour of the Smart Village branch, where he had the chance to familiarize himself with the laboratories, facilities, classrooms, and observe the educational process within the branch.
