Many internships and training workshops are held yearly to help provide our students with experience of architectural practice.

The department organises many training opportunities over the summer as well as provide summer schools abroad. Our collaboration with Sabbour Consulting allowed for many students to complete their training in 2 rounds. In 2021, the summer school was held in Romania under the European Summer Training Workshop. The department also provided a European Winter School during the mid-year break to Barcelona. There were also many other opportunities over the academic year such as Continuous Learning and Career Training in Canada webinar, free workshops through the ITI, as well as career guidance courses by the CDC.
