Students had the chance to explore the port of Ain Sokhna and check out the international #container terminals. It was quite an informative visit!
A glimpse from the Logistics of International Trade (LIT) students field visit to one of the largest multinational consumer goods company, Unilever.
The visit started by a factory tour, to give the students a detailed view of the production process, followed by an informative session regarding the import and export regulations and policies currently applied by multinational companies. The session also highlighted the importance of internationalization and accordingly a guide on how to deal with international customers and suppliers was discussed.
