China Harbour Engineering Co. Ltd Delegation Visits Port Training Institute
A high-level delegation from China Harbour Engineering Corporation (CHEC), a subsidiary of China Communications Construction Corporation (CCCC), visited Port Training Institute on Tuesday, March 12th,2024. The visit aimed to explore potential collaboration opportunities in training and employment between both entities.
The delegation, led by Mr. Zong Yu CHEC’s Vice President for the Middle East, was received by Professor Alaa Morsy , Dean of PTI. Following a warm welcome, Professor Morsy presented the institute's vision for training and development of human capital in various maritime specializations. He also highlighted the institute's internationally recognized programs and diplomas offered in partnership with leading institutions.
Discussions focused on establishing collaborative initiatives in training and employment between CHEC and PTI.
The delegation then toured the institute's facilities, including laboratories, workshops, and the advanced port equipment simulator complex. The delegation expressed their admiration for the institute's well-equipped facilities and commitment to continuous development
