This year, we witnessed the discussion of two important topics for our graduation project presentations, highlighting the innovative solutions our students have developed to propel Egypt's trade and industry forward.
Project 1: Revealing Egyptian Agro-Food Exports Potential
Objective: Enhance global maritime trade of Egyptian agro-food products and boost their accessibility to EU markets.
This project aims to unlock new markets for Egyptian agro-food products, leading to higher export volumes and significant economic growth. By strengthening the agricultural sector's contribution to the national economy and generating employment opportunities within the agro-food supply chain and logistics sectors. Our talented students have utilized their in-depth knowledge of international trade, logistics, and business solutions acquired during their studies to develop innovative strategies for this project.
Project 2: From the Sea to the Market - Advancing Seaweed Cultivation Industry in Egypt
Research Aim: Develop a roadmap for the advancement of the seaweed cultivation industry in Egypt through strategic logistics integration.
This project is focused on expanding Egypt's blue economy by adding a new, sustainable industry. It promotes economic diversification, supports environmental benefits through sustainable aquaculture practices. The project's importance to the Egyptian economy lies in its ability to support economic diversification and sustainability, aligning with global trends towards environmentally friendly industries. Leveraging their skills in logistics management, strategic planning, and environmental sustainability, our students have crafted a comprehensive roadmap to integrate advanced logistics within the seaweed industry.
