About ROV Egypt

The MATE Egypt Regional ROV Competition is Egypt’s official regional underwater robotics competition, hosted by the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT). Students design, build, and operate Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs) to complete underwater missions based on real-world engineering scenarios. Outstanding teams qualify to represent Egypt at the MATE International ROV Competition.
