Student Housing Regulations
Regulations and Regulations Housing Department Regulations Targeting Housing at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport
All AASTMT students wishing to reside in the Academy, as it aims to provide a suitable social, educational, cultural and sports environment for all its beneficiaries.
• Meal times are specific and there is no replacement for meal timings.
• The timings of being inside and outside the housing are specified in the morning and evening, and there are no exceptions except with a medical permission or permit.
• It is forbidden to use electrical appliances of all kinds inside rooms, except for laptops and mobiles.
•Valuables and sums of money are handed over to the supervision staff of the residential building to be placed in the building's secretariats, otherwise the student bears full responsibility resulting from the loss or loss of those holdings and amounts of money.
• All damages of all kinds within the room are borne by the student according to a declaration and a certificate of deduction from insurance.
• Washing and ironing students' personal clothes is carried out inside the laundry in the Academy and at the student's expense (laundry and ironing prices attached).
• One key is delivered to each student residing in the room, as well as a wheel key, and in case of loss, the student extracts a copy at his personal expense.
• When the student is cleared from the housing, each student hands over the keys to the room and the cupboard.
• It is forbidden to drink or bring any kind of alcoholic beverage inside the housing buildings.
• It is not allowed for any student to be present in a room other than his room of residence, and gatherings in rooms are prohibited.
• It is forbidden to leave the door of the room open if students are not inside the room.
• It is not allowed to change the student's residence room except after referring to the supervisory body in the building.
• Commitment to appropriate dress during entry and exit from the building (not wearing shorts - slippers).
Cleaning tools are provided for each room by supervision of the building.
• It is forbidden to be inside the housing rooms from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm to complete cleaning and room maintenance.
• It is not allowed to return to the housing buildings after 10:00 pm.
• It is not allowed to take any visitors from outside the Academy or from any other building at all into the rooms.
• In-room meals are not allowed.
• No smoking of all kinds (cigarettes - electronic cigarettes - hookah - electronic hookah) inside the rooms and roads of the building
• It is forbidden to bring pets and all kinds of weapons inside buildings.
• All forms of hosting, regardless of kinship, are completely prohibited in accordance with the controls in force in the Housing Department.
• Each student must observe the evacuation instructions at the end of each semester.
