Signing a Memorandum of Understanding Between Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport and Ports and Maritime Transport Authority of Libya

A memorandum of understanding was signed between Ports and Maritime Transport Authority of Libya and the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport during the Marlog13, 2024 conference aims to establish a suitable framework for facilitating collaboration in areas such as training, expert exchange, joint research, and consultations. The Ports and Maritime Transport Authority is responsible for enforcing local maritime legislation, international agreements, and treaties from the International Maritime Organization, as well as overseeing state control and port control, along with monitoring pollution and protecting Libya's marine environment
