Brief Biography


Dr. Niveen El-Saghier is Dean of College of Management and Technology Alamein and a lecturer at the department of Marketing at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport. She was college vice dean for training and community service. Dr. Niveen holds a Ph.D. in Productivity and Quality from AASTMT and a B.S. degree in marketing from AASTMT. Her teaching and research interest include marketing, service quality and customers satisfaction, leadership, structural technological and human capabilities and quality management concepts.
