Through knowledge and understanding, students will be able to: • Identify photographic prints and techniques which are used in preparing and processing • Name the chemical compounds used in the structure and physical properties of the photographic prints • Identify the deterioration factors of historical photographic prints • Realise different methods for the care and conservation of photographic prints • Identify the most important terms in the field of specialization Through intellectual skills, students will be able to: • Critique earlier conservation procedures • Comprehend the materials which used in the care and conversation of materials photographic studio • Determine the most proper conditions for archiving, display and storage of materials photographic studio • Conduct research studies on the subject • Use library sources effectively.
