The library holds a selected books and references, in addition to dissertations, periodicals, databases on CD-ROM and Online databases. The library can host (42) users at the same time. The library holds many scientific books, it holds within its racks 605 books in the field of archeology in different languages, in addition to periodicals and general books used by college students in addition to scientific theses. The books, references and periodicals, whether in Arabic or foreign languages, are of the latest editions and cover a wide range of topics in the fields of the archaeology.

It covers the fields of Archaeology and culture heritage such as archaeobotany, linguistic archaeology, landscape archaeology, geoarchaeology, underwater archaeology, classical archaeology, Bioarchaeology, architecture, religion, arts, conservation, and restoration (whether organic (textile, mummies and ... etc.) or inorganic (stones, mural paintings, metals and pottery … etc.)), chemistry, biology... etc.
