within the achievements of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) and the prosperity of its educational process, H.E Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail Farag - AASTMT President congratulates AASTMT Family on the accreditation of AASTMT College of International Transport and Logistics (CITL) Bachelor of Trade Logistics and International Transport Management by the Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA) on FIBAA (for the first time in AASTMT history) for all AASTMT branches of (Alexandria - Aswan - Dokki - Heliopolis - Lattakia - Port Said - Smart Village) for five years starting on 22- 11- 2019, in all CITL offered disciplines (Logistics and Supply Chain Management - Logistics of International Trade - Transport Logistics Management).In this regard, AASTMT President thanks and appreciates AASTMT College of International Transport and Logistics on that achievement at the international level and FIBAA accreditation, as it’s worth to mention that the decision of the Committee was issued as AASTMT College of International Transport and Logistics considered to be the first college in the Arab Republic of Egypt to get FIBAA German accreditation, as well as the accreditation was issued in a period of 7 months as the time proposed by the accreditation was an average of 18 months, in addition to that (Exceeding Criteria) was obtained for 30 of 54 criteria, also AASTMT achieved (Excellent) in all standards without exception, so AASTMT College of International Transport and Logistics offered degrees will be equivalent to the European system of studying hours and Bologna Convention, where FIBAA is a nationally as well as internationally experienced agency for quality assurance according to the standards of the German Accreditation Council, as FIBAA awards its Quality Seal to higher education institutions and programmes of high quality worldwide.
