Disciplinary penalties
Article Twelve:
1. Warning verbally or in writing.
2. Warning of dismissal from the academy with a written undertaking taken by the violating student.
3. Deprivation of the semester during which the violation occurred by monitoring a grade (W) for all registered courses. The student is not entitled to recover the value of the tuition or internal housing expenses in the event that he resides in the internal housing of the Academy.
4. Deprivation of registration in the summer semester.
5. Deprivation of registration for one semester.
6. Deprivation of registration for two semesters.
7. Deprivation of registration for two semesters in addition to the summer semester.
8. Final dismissal from the Academy.
Article Thirteen:
In all cases, if any of the academy''s property or writing on its walls and other offenses is destroyed, the student who commits these violations bears the value of what he destroyed plus the cost of repairs or installation or fines estimated by the Academy with the value of the damage and the consequences thereof without the need to show Student Affairs Committee.
Article Fourteen:
It is not permissible to impose any behavioral penalty other than what was stipulated in the first three articles of Chapter Three.
Article Fifteen:
In the event that the student obtains his graduation document based on fraud, fraud, forgery, or otherwise, the Academy has the right to cancel the decision to grant the certificate and testimony, and the Academy may recommend in the case of forgery to refer the incident to the competent judicial authorities if the incident constitutes a criminal offense.
Article Sixteen:
The guardian of the student, the donor or the delegated body shall announce the punishment signed by the committee with the knowledge of the reporter of the Student Affairs Committee upon its issuance within three days of the committee’s decision on the penalty and the student’s signature of the information, and informing him of an answer recorded with acknowledgment of receipt, and monitoring the penalty on the student’s Student Portal on the Internet ).
Article seventeen:
In the event that the student commits more than one violation, the most severe penalty shall be applied in respect of him if the behavioral offenses are linked to each other and are indivisible, and in the event that more than one violation is committed and these offenses are not related to each other and are subject to division, the penalty shall be imposed for each violation separately.
Article 18:
Under no circumstances is it permissible for any authority to make any amendments to the decisions of the Student Affairs Committee after being approved by the President of the Academy except through a grievance against the penalty.
                                                              
Article Nineteen:
The Student Affairs Committee reporter sends a copy of the Student Affairs Committee and its agenda at least 48 hours before the committee’s meeting to the committee’s members.
Article Twenty:
Decisions issued for disciplinary penalties by the Student Affairs Committee are activated, enforced, and approved by the President of the Academy.
Article twenty one:
The decisions issued with disciplinary penalties are kept by the Student Affairs Committee at the Deanship of Student Affairs.
Article twenty-two:
Anything not stipulated in it, what is in force in the Academy''s education regulations shall be applied.
Article twenty-three:
This system is not amended except upon a request from the Deanship of Student Affairs and with the approval of the Academy President.
Article twenty-four:
This regulation starts from the date of its approval and approval by His Excellency Prof. Dr. / President of the Academy.
