Visiting the Industrial Technical Secondary School for Drinking Water and Sanitation in Alexandria within the framework of cooperation between the Academy and a group of schools to achieve and disseminate the goals of sustainable development
The committee consisted of:
Dr. Mustafa Abdel Galil, Head of the Energy Unit at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport
M/ Hiyam Ahmed, solar energy engineer at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport
With the aim of developing the school in the areas of sustainable development, foremost of which is the rationalization of energy consumption
Where Al-Zour expressed their admiration for the school, the students, and the modern equipment for education. A number of the company’s engineers accompanied them to exchange experiences in terms of rationalizing the consumption of electric energy, as the school, as a specialist in water, is one of the leading schools in rationalizing the consumption of drinking water. They presented detailed information about the school’s equipment and the admission and education system. school and areas that can be relied upon to save energy consumption and drinking water in different schools
They also accompanied the visitors on a tour of some of the school`s classrooms and halls to get acquainted with the latest educational methods used in the school and to discuss with some students the new methods to reduce the waste of energy and drinking water.
