This course aims to provide an understanding and critical awareness of the principles and practice of business development in the context of the oil and gas industry, with view to producing a business development plan.it also familiarize students with some of the documents which are in common use in the domestic, on shore oil and gas business. The course will stress solutions, which are to be worked out by the students, for problems which are presented to counsel representing oil and gas companies.
