Description

This is a management course that illustrates to students how an organization should operate in a dynamic globalized market. This course is an intensive, innovation-focused challenges students to look at their management skills and personal leadership style, values and impact in order to run a contemporary organization. The course topics will guide through an exploration of how to instill an innovation mindset within an organization and constantly improve how to relate to, interact with and inspire others to higher levels of creativity in order to operate productively. The aim of this course is to explore theories and processes of innovation, change, and leadership.
