Description

The main goal of the course is to familiarize students with the basic concepts of physical resources of hospital facilities and that technologies to to manage these resources efficiently within budget. Students must realize that the most important part of business management is their awareness of the operation’s basic concepts. Concepts come from understanding, understanding begins with learning and learning comes from examining credible resources with an open mind. The focus will be on how to manage the logistics of provided services, improve and increase productivity of operations using different models and techniques that also insure not only quality but also long term reliability.
