As part of its unwavering commitment to community engagement and social inclusion, the Sustainable Development Department co-organized and participated in the 3rd Forum titled "Towards a Better Tomorrow for Autism Children", held at the AASTMT main headquarters in Abu Quir in collaboration with the Committee of People with Disabilities of Lions District 352 Egypt, in celebration of World Autism Awareness Day.
The event featured an official opening speech delivered by Dr. Omneya Darwish on behalf of the AASTMT President, during which she accepted the honorary shield dedicated to the academy in recognition of its pioneering institutional efforts. The department's address shed light on AASTMT's deep-rooted commitment to fostering inclusivity, supporting individuals with special needs, and integrating them effectively into the learning community to ensure equal opportunities for all social segments in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals.
