In coordination with the Deanship of Student Affairs at Al-Alamein and Miami campuses, the Administration organized training workshops and sessions for female Academy students on "Negotiation Skills and Leadership Empowerment." This comes within the framework of the "She Leads for Universities" initiative, implemented by the Youth Leaders Foundation (YLF) in partnership with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the National Council for Women (NCW), and UN Women, with support from the European Union (EU).
The workshops aimed to enhance the students' capabilities in negotiation, communication, and decision-making across various work environments.
