1. Vision:

Excellent operation requires excellent vision, the very first purpose of a vision is to define a SMART goal [Specific – Measurable – Achievable – Realistic – Timely], taking into consideration the entity's mission and values.

2. Planning:

Once the vision is clear, it needs to be interpreted into materialistic factors that shall be involved in the process. Thus, consideration of all resources, stakeholders, and tool is a key point in that aspect, whether available or procured resources.

3. Implementation:

Having all resources into standby mode, process implementation would be subject to initiation and accordingly proceeding. Ideal-wise, soft processing would be the best option to start with till approaching the best level of process stability.

4. Measurement:

Given the fact that all previous points have been achieved successfully, it's a peak critical point to apply a tangible method for measurement. Have we achieved our goal? If not, then it would be essential to determine the reason beyond such, analyzing the whole process to define where gaps exist, and if mandatory, reviewing the process on a backward basis to define further details. If the answer is yes and the goal is achieved, then we move to the next step.

5. Improvement and Control:

Lastly, after stabilizing all steps that ensure a reliable process, all the factors for maintaining the same are quite crucial, either by considering the applied factors or with consideration alternate factors that might be required for contingency plans. Thus, assuring smooth reliable processing, while on the other hand maintaining monitoring for every potential room of improvement.
