Program Description

Program Objectives: The program aims to cover a comprehensive study of legal conflicts both nationally and internationally, whether through normal judicial courts, or through arbitration within an interrelated chain from the start of the legal conflict, its stages, procedures and proofs. This includes - as well as - the role played by supplementary and complementary organizations in order to enhance the execution of the final judgment of the conflict. Such enhancement includes IT technology, E-registration and documentation in order to ensure getting documented and accredited data and previous rules and judgments within comprehensive links leading to time, cost and effort savings, and coping with current modern scientific development.
