About medical services
The Arab Academy, with its medical management, provides a team of the best doctors and nurses in various medical specialties, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
It also employs a select group of the most skilled visiting professors in certain specialties, in partnership with the best hospitals and external laboratories, as well as renowned radiology centers nationwide. This enables excellence in service delivery and creates competitive advantages to provide the best treatment services to those who deserve them.
Computers are integrated into various therapeutic service functions, starting with the clinic reservation, after submitting an approved form demonstrating the patient's eligibility to receive the service. The Q-system allows the patient to determine their turn with their doctor, as well as the expected timeframe for the examination.
Through the television screens available in the patient waiting rooms, the patient follows the sequence of turns until the automated calling service directs them to the doctor. To save time for patients, both students and employees, an online booking mechanism has been developed. Patients can access the Academy's website before arriving at the clinic.

A computerized medical file is created for each patient visiting the medical clinic, allowing their medical history to be reviewed by all clinic doctors across various specialties.
Regular medical examinations are also conducted for most staff members to enable early detection of illnesses, thus preserving their health and reducing treatment costs.
The Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport's medical clinic also supports the mental health of students and staff, promoting the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal No. (3): Good Health and Well-being.
