Mission: Believing in the importance of leadership in all industries, situations and across all levels, the Arab Institute for Leadership Development (AILD) - in partnership with the world’s best institutions and distinguished experience in the field - is dedicated to promote the best practices of leadership through offering post-graduate educational programs, specialized training courses and consulting services, and the implementation of projects that serve corporate, governmental and community development sectors, aligning with the global sustainable development goals.
AILD is focused on the development of current and future leaders’ skills in the Arab and African countries to lead through modern advances, international, and regional variables these programs include the Executive Master’s Degree in Leadership, the Distinguished Leadership Development Program, and the Gender and Governance Diploma, where the output is a high level human repository workforce in senior management positions in order to achieve national goals for the Arab World.
