A real leader creates a thousand leaders, he is the one who inspires, guides, mentors and leads his team towards the targets of their organization.Accordingly, the Arab Institute for Leadership Development (AILD), one of the newest institute of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, emphasizes in its vision and mission on preparing and training strategic leaders, top and middle managers by developing and sharpening their leadership skills. As human capital is the most precious resource of any organization, it''s ought to be developed by enhancing creative thinking, change management and crisis management, decision making for facing challenges effectively and efficiently on all levels.
From this point of view emanates the prospected role of the Arab Institute for AILD, by introducing professional post graduate and training programs, presenting the latest theories and concepts in Leadership conforming to the international standards approved by our international partners and ranked universities. Moreover, AILD programs are lectured by a highly ed professors and experts with deep experience in the field of leadership.
