The Master program is instructor-led, workshop-based environment. It is a blend of lectures, applications, individual and team-based exercises. The program provides seminars by experts in the market, stimulations, and practical case studies applications.

Upon completion of Business Leadership and Strategies track, students are expected to be able to:

Understand the fundamental aspects of managing and leading organizations
Examine the behaviors and traits of both effective managers and leaders
Examine relevant issues in applied management and leadership including ethics, globalization, and strategic management.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

The master program contains 16 courses. In the first year, students will take 8 core subjects. Once the core subjects are completed, the students will choose a specific track to major in. There are three tracks to choose from, each containing 6 major subjects and 2 elective courses to further study: (1) Educational Leadership (2) Innovation in the Public Sector (3) Business Leadership and Strategies.

Duration: 2 years, 4 semesters, 6 months each semester.
Number of courses: The degree consists of 16 courses – 8 core courses, 6 major course and 2 elective courses. Students take 4 courses each semester.
Classes are Conducted: Either weekdays twice a week from 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm or weekends every other week (Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm) (Saturday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm).
Starting Date for Program: 2 Intakes per year (May / October).

The courses are given in either English or Arabic depending on students request. Each course is 40 hours. Each course is worth 3 credit hours. Upon completion of the program the students will finish 48-credit-hours – 640 hours.
