Problem & Solution: Furniture and construction companies are using wood panels that contains carcinogenic resins also it  contributes in deforestations as it requires cutting trees to provide the necessary raw materials for this industry. Moreover in the MENA region customers have to wait for months till they get their products though imports which is very expensive.

In Agrona we make durable and profitable wood panels out of agri-waste and bio based resins without cutting a single tree with 50% cheaper price than the imported boards in short lead time of delivery. Also this solution will save the trees from getting cut down. 

Revenue Model : Agrona current revenue model is manufacturing and selling wood panels to furniture manufacturers and construction companies with gross margin of 60%. In the next 3 years the revenue model will change to tech licensing to OEMs against revenue shares and startup cost. 

Competition 

We make wood panels from agri-waste which is 50% cheaper than the conventional raw material that are used in this industry which will provide 50% cheaper panels compared to the imported panels however Agrona's panels are 100% based on natural recycled agri-waste unlike the competitors which uses tree products and chemicals that are carcinogenic.
