Goal 6. Clean Water and Sanitation

    6.3.3 Free drinking water provided

Free drinking water is available in all buildings and dormitories for faculty, staff, students, and guests, ensuring proper water supply and promoting water saving practices. To maintain water quality, these fountains undergo regular water treatment, with filters replaced to prevent contamination. Routine testing ensures compliance with hygiene standards and avoids risks of polluted water. Students in dormitories also benefit from free access to potable water, with monitoring and regulation carried out by the Holding Company for Water and Wastewater. This approach aligns with principles of resources management and contributes to sustainable sanitation practices. Free drinking water is also available in bathrooms for students with special needs.
