The International Day of Women and Girls in Science.

The Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and the UNESCO Regional Office in Egypt and Sudan launched the Arab Women’s Platform in conjunction with the celebration of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science. This came in the presence of Dr. Noria Sanz, responsible for the UNESCO Regional Office for Egypt and Sudan, Dr. Jakline Azer, Deputy Governor of Alexandria, Professor Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar Ismail Farag, President of the Academy, and Dr. Amira Senbel, Dean of the college of Pharmacy. On this occasion, Dr. Amira Senbel extends her sincere thanks and appreciation to the team of the college of Pharmacy -Abu Qir Branch-, which supervised the preparation and organization of the Women and Girls in Science Day 2024 celebration in cooperation with the UNESCO Regional Office.
