Pharmacy Summer School

The Summer Pharmacy School at the College of Pharmacy, Abu Qir, AASTMT, commenced on Monday, July 24, 2023. The students were welcomed with an introductory session involving the college administration, faculty members, and teaching assistants. During this session, students were familiarized with the college's various departments and the academic schedule. They also had the opportunity to enroll in artistic, cultural, and sports activities.

Further activities included a lecture on the history and future of the pharmacy profession, along with the viewing of a series of educational films during a visit to the Planetarium. Additionally, students received training on fundamental principles of first aid across different age groups. A lecture on cancer and contemporary trends in treatment was also presented.

The Pharmacy Summer School's activities are set to continue until July 30, 2023, providing students with a comprehensive and engaging educational experience.
