The role of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) had been changed from a consultative to regulatory then regulatory and monitoring organization. This Capacity Building Program has been tailored specially for Maritime Administration and staff shipping management personnel in order to be familiar with the practical application contents and requirements of international maritime conventions e.g.:

SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW & MLC 2006.

The Capacity Building Program satisfies the training requirements as per UNCLOS, Art. 94, Para. 7.
