IMO International Conventions such as SOLAS, MARPOL, Load Lines and STCW include obligatory regulations inviting Maritime Administrations of Contracting Governments to incorporates the provisions of the respective conventions and instruments into national law to ensure better safety, security and environmental protection. Therefore, Capacity Building Program should be conducted to ensure the effective implementation and jurisdiction control of Maritime Administration.
This Capacity Building Program contains full training program for junior inspectors of Maritime Administrations and on board management level to have qualified staff, who would be able to conduct inspections on foreign ships visiting national ports and based on objective evidence(s) to take a proper decision to ensure:
- a proper working condition of ships before leaving a port
- a ship and its crew are fully complied with the related international requirements.
- PSC officers to be fully conversant with inspection procedures, objectives and reporting requirements.

Both on board and company management or authorities personnel are invited to attend this Capacity Building Program.
